CLASSES FOR 2012 BEGIN BACK ON
THURSDAY 9TH AND MONDAY 13TH FEBRUARY
Last classes for this year will be on Thursday 24th and Monday 28th November 2011.
I have been very pleased with the happy nature of participants from our Church and the wider community.
Your weekly donation to the Church is appreciated.
Keep yourselves mobile over the holidays in rediness for a February start next year and bring a friend.
Thanking you, Nola

A big thank you to all the Dunedin South Presbyterian folk who continue to attend these weekly classes. Around half of the class members at each venue are from the Anglican and Catholic Churches and from the wider community.
I endeavour to provide suitable gentle exercises for the less able while extending the more active persons. We are all working hard to keep ourselves mobile and able to pysically look after ourselves.

Our classes on Monday and Thursday mornings are providing suitable exercise sessions for anyone in our community wishing to exercise in a group situation. We are a friendly supportive group of people, two of whom are in their 90s.
Everyone is able to participate at their level either standing or sitting. Sport Otago are familiar with our group, have participated and referred people to our class.
Your $2.00 is used for expenses and equipment as well as donation to church funds. We welcome more members, particularly the 'walking stick brigade', who wish to keep moving so they 'don't lose it.' See you there!!
